This week Martin is brewing an upgrade to a previous beer – this time it’s the, drumroll…. “premium” version of Czech Pale Lager. We revisit an old favorite, Belgian wit beer with oranges. This time we substituted blood oranges for regular navel oranges and experimented with two different ways to add the fruit to the beer.
