In this video we brew a light, refreshing, and easy drinking summer ale. This is a perfect summer beer and is great for activities like cookouts, birthday parties, corn hole tournaments, camping trips, late night fires, yard-work, fishing trips, or whatever you like to do in the summer. This is also the first beer we brewed in our new studio! Watch our other brewing videos to see our new studio improve and to watch us brew more beer. This beer uses Nottingham yeast, pale malt, pilsner malt, cascade hops, and amarillo for dry hops. In the middle of the video we taste some rye pale ales brewed by Westbrook, a brewery in Mount Pleasant, SC.
