Home Brew Cider
Using 100% apple juice bought from my local store, I turn it into 6% ABV hard apple cider! This cost me $25, might be a little more or a little less for you depending on pricing in your area. I’m normally constantly worried about fermentation temperatures because of how important it is but for this, I just set the temperature controller and a heating wrap for the entire fermentation.

Can’t wait to play around with different yeast types for future cider batches to come!
