Brewing is a ritual. A few moments to savour peace and immerse yourself in what you’re doing. With this film, as much as being a brew guide, it’s about the shine and the shapes of brewing; the mesmerising swirls and drops. It serves as a start point and to set the scene.
There are so many variables at play in brewing a great cup of coffee – your water, grind size, your equipment – so feel free to play around with the weights and brew times to get your perfect cup.
Recipe used: 0.07:1 coffee to water, brewed for 3-4 minutes.
